All cheques & Postal orders should be made payable to Craig Peach
All Debit & Credit card transactions are dealt with by Paypal
for us at their secure site.
Goods will only be sent when payment has been received in full.
FREE item promotions: When we are advertising this offer we will
send a free item of our choice when the order is paid in full. This
is not negotiable and the free item must be returned if the order is returned
for any reason.
If items are not paid for within 7 days we reserve the
right to cancel any order.
Items are sent whenever possible within seven days of payment received.
All of our Body Jewellery bars and rings are High Grade 316L Stainless/Surgical
Steel unless otherwise stated (titanium etc.), and are designed to be worn
once your piercing has fully healed.
We try to get the photographs as near as possible to true colour,
but obviously everyone's monitors are set differently, so there may be slight
shade differences in real life, and the photographs are not to any scale.
For obvious hygiene reasons we do not accept any returns on body
piercing jewellery and piercing supplies, so please choose the correct size
for you?re piercing.
We take no responsibility for items lost in the postal system and
recommend recorded delivery or special delivery.
We can always supply a copy of the certificate of postage which we
obtain every time we send any item, to show that items have been sent on
the date stated, and if wanted recorded delivery for UK can
be arranged.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
We (Fancy That (uk)) accept no liability
for the incorrect use of any body jewellery items sold.
The order email confirmation that is sent after an order has
been placed is a provisional order, and will be confirmed as soon as possible
in a separate email. No contract will exist between us until we have dispatched
the goods.
You will not own the goods until we receive full payment from you.
If you pay using either a credit card or debit card you will also
receive a confirmation email from Paypal when your transaction has been
successful, please keep a copy of this email and the transaction number from
Paypal.
All photographs of jewellery, footwear and clothing used on this site
are the direct property of Fancy That (UK) trading as fancythatshop.co.uk,
and may not be used or copied without prior written permission by any other
person/s. Use of these photographs without written permission will result
in legal action.
We are not obliged to supply the goods
OUR REFUND POLICY
Jewellery
All items are checked and then sealed in a clear polythene bag before
being despatched. Upon receipt of your order please check the item/s before
removing them from the sealed bag. If at this point you are unsatisfied then
please notify us and we will arrange for a refund, once the item/s have
been returned to us by recorded delivery. By opening the polythene bag
you are accepting that you are satisfied with the item and do not wish to
return it. If you wish to return any item you must notify us within 7 days
of receipt of any item. Refunds DO NOT include postage cost.
Footwear and clothing
Buyers can return for an exchange of size within 7 days (subject to stock)
